Overview

Nerissa Nefeteri, influencer, feminine care coach, and owner of NeNe FemHealth Store, embarked on a journey of introducing a new sector of her growing empire. Nefeteri: Own Your Sensuality, a brand celebrating beauty, sensuality, and womb wellness. Recognizing the need for a strategic and engaging launch, we set out to create a comprehensive rollout strategy and launch campaign.


The Strategy x Rollout

A multi-faceted experience that merges sensuality and wellness was conceptualized for the rollout with a series of social media posts that took followers on a transformative journey in real-time–Incorporating journal prompts, affirmations, and calls to action (CTAs). Recognizing the potential for deeper engagement,

a Patreon page was included in the strategy.


This platform allowed Nefeteri to offer an exclusive "Fit For A Goddess" Spring Cleanse experience for subscribers, thus creating a sense of exclusivity and fostering a loyal community. The interactive experience resonated deeply with the online community, resulting in heightened engagement levels. Followers actively participated in the journey. Within two days of its launch, 150+ subscribers signed up for the "Fit For A Goddess" Spring Cleanse experience.




By combining an interactive social media journey, content curation, and the introduction of an exclusive Patreon experience, Nefeteri successfully launched and engaged the community within a short span.


Overview

Lyftd Clothing Co. is a purpose-driven clothing brand dedicated to weaving meaningful designs into its branded products. Guided by the mission of "upLyfting" the world, the company empowers individuals to embrace mindfulness and creativity to elevate both themselves and their communities. Lyftd sought to amplify its impact by inspiring its audience to engage in acts of wellness, creating a sense of empowerment and connection. To achieve this, we designed and executed a series of social media challenges that would resonate with their target audience.

The Strategy x Rollout

The strategy was rooted in crafting a meaningful experience that not only resonated with the brand's mission but also encouraged active participation from their online community. Collaborative brainstorming sessions were conducted with Lyftd Clothing Co. to develop creative concepts that aligned with the brand's ethos. The focus was on challenges that would resonate with followers and inspire them to adopt acts of wellness in their daily lives.

I curated a collection of challenges--each centered around a specific wellness theme paired with social media posts that communicated the essence of each challenge. These posts included a combination of eye-catching graphics, compelling captions, and relevant hashtags to amplify reach and encourage participation. The use of relevant hashtags and engaging content design led to increased visibility across social media platforms. The challenges not only engaged existing followers but also attracted new audiences interested in wellness and empowerment.

The Village Retail is a unique retail concept that blends cause, culture, retail, and community, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, upward mobility, and providing a platform for Black-owned brands. As the holiday season approached, The Village Retail aimed to develop a strategy and campaign that not only promoted its products but also encapsulated its values of culture and community. This case study presents the "It's Giving Village!" campaign, which successfully brought together the essence of The Village Retail's mission and garnered widespread attention.


The primary objective of the "It's Giving Village!" campaign was to promote The Village Retail's Black-owned brands while highlighting the sense of community and culture within the store. The campaign aimed to emotionally connect with the target audience, humanizing the brand by showcasing the faces behind the products. The secondary objective was to enhance brand visibility through cross-promotions and social media engagement.



The Strategy x Rollout

Inspired by The Village Retail's motto "Support is a Verb," the campaign centered around

the concept of supporting not only through purchases but also through emotional connection and recognition of the brand founders. Their in-house photographer was brought on board to capture authentic and engaging images of the brand founders. The intention was to depict "The Village" aspect of the retail store, emphasizing the real people behind the products rather than just showcasing the products themselves.


The brand shoot images formed the core of the "It's Giving Village!" campaign. Each brand founder shared their individual images on their social media platforms using the hashtag #ItsGivingVillage. This created a cohesive and unified online presence for the campaign.


The hashtag #ItsGivingVillage led to cross-promotions by brand founders and increased visibility for both the campaign and The Village Retail. The campaign enhanced The Village Retail's image as a socially conscious and community-driven establishment, attracting new customers who resonated with the brand's values. The Village Retail demonstrated how a retail experience can transcend transactional interactions and become a platform for meaningful connections and support.

Dani is a gifted Intuitive Tarot Diviner, Astrologer, and Spiritual Coach. Her deep connection to the spiritual realm and her genuine passion for guiding individuals on their journeys have earned her a dedicated online community. Beyond her personal brand, she is also a respected contributor to XoNecole,

a prominent lifestyle media platform for Black women.


Dani is in the process of launching her transformative "Embody the Goddess" 7-week spiritual coaching program. However, she recognized the need to create a lead magnet that would not only deepen her connection with her current community but also attract new leads who resonated with her message. She aimed to provide a sneak peek into the essence of her coaching program while offering valuable insights to her audience.


The Strategy x Rollout

In collaboration with Dani, a strategic digital guide was conceptualized to complement an informational workshop she had organized. The workshop explored the

13 different Goddess Archetypes, each representing unique facets of feminine energy and empowerment.

The digital guide was designed to provide a comprehensive overview of these archetypes,

delving into their meanings, qualities, and significance.

Dani has strategically shared snippets of the guide's content across her social media platforms, along with captivating visuals and other Goddess Archetype-related content. This approach has been generating curiosity and sparking interest among her community. This guide was the kick-off for a 4-week campaign promoting the “Embody the Goddess” spiritual coaching program.
